1) Being able to hire a hero (J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit)
2) Perpetual tea time (Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland)
3) Amateur sleuths choosing you as their companion (Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes)
4) Mysterious strangers who have only one name (Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights)
5) Masquerade balls (Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet)
6) Enormous, flashy parties where you don’t need an invitation (F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby)
7) Time-turners (J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban)
8) And last but certainly not least, magical polar bears (Norwegian fairy tale East of the Sun and West of the Moon, collected by Peter Christen Asbjørnsen and Jørgen Moe)
Oh, I would use and abuse my time-turner if I had one! How about a cape of invisibility? Or pretty much every gadget in HP! 😀
As for masquerade balls, I’m sure they’re a thing. We just have to find someone who organises one.

Good point! I was actually hoping to organize one at my college this year, but was just too busy. 😦
